Abstract

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey organized by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify statistical data needs and the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents in SKD 2023 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Service (PST) unit by face-to-face or coming directly to the BPS PST unit and without face-to-face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, letter, website, or online statistical services. In general, the purpose of SKD2023 implementation is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers as a support for improving the quality of statistical data and information. The results of SKD 2023 are presented in the form of a publication containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (CSI).The scope of the analysis of SKD 2023 results is PST BPS Serang City.
