Analysis of the Results Data Needs Survey of Serang Municipality 2020

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. Respondents at SKD 2020 are consumers who receive services from the BPS Integrated Statistical Service unit (PST) face-to-face or come directly to the BPS PST unit and without face to face either by telephone, facsimile, e-mail, mail, website, or statistical services on line. In general, the purpose of implementing SKD2020 is to obtain evaluation materials from consumers to support improving the quality of data and statistical information. SKD 2020 results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of a Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK). The scope of analysis for the 2020 SKD results is PST BPS Serang City.
