Development of Consumer Price Index in Serang Municipality, June 2025

In June 2025 there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Serang City of 1.76 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 108.19. Y-on-y inflation occurred due to price increases indicated by the increase in all expenditure group indices, namely: personal care and other services group by 13.04 percent; food and beverage/restaurant supply group by 2.86 percent; health group by 1.64 percent; education group by 1.33 percent; food, beverage and tobacco group by 0.96 percent; household supplies, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.92 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 0.89 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.67 percent; housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group by 0.34 percent; transportation group by 0.12 percent; information, communication, and financial services group by 0.01 percent. The month to month (m-to-m) and year to date (y-to-d) inflation rates for Serang City in June 2025 were 0.32 percent and 1.31 percent, respectively.
